Attorney Brian Schroeder is the managing partner of Schroeder & Siegfried, P.A. He represents a broad spectrum of clients ranging from individual inventors to large international corporations and multi-national companies. Brian has more than 30 years of experience guiding clients through legal issues involving intellectual property law, and is certified to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Brian Schroeder earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at the University of Minnesota, and his law degree from the Hamline University School of Law. Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Schroeder worked as an electrical engineer at Honeywell, defense division, where he was awarded for his achievements in robotics applications. With his unique blend of engineering savvy and experience as a lawyer, he is well-suited to represent individuals and businesses seeking legal counsel for intellectual property issues surrounding computer and ecommerce law, as well as technologies including robotics, hydraulics, plastic and rubber components/assemblies, water management and erosion control, sealing applications and much more.
